We all want to make sure our children get proper nutrition. Serving a good breakfast is a great place to start. When my daughter wakes me up around 5.30- 6 am, I am a bit sluggish. The less I need to think early morning, the better, so I rely on my handy dandy master list of Healthy Breakfast for Kids (and everyone else in the family). I have to be able to make them while half asleep so they’re easy and fast to. I am raising my daughter vegetarian. All the recipes will be vegetarian. Some of them will be vegan. Studies show that a eating a big breakfast is a very important part of a healthy diet. Get your child the sustenance she needs so you both start the day right.
